Group Exercise the way to go????
You know we ALL need motivation! For me - group exercise is the only way! The excitement of pushing your self to lift more weight than you ever have in a BodyPump class.... the physical challenge of coordinating all your limbs with everyone else in Newbody... or the calming unison of movement in BodyFlow....or whatever class is your favourite! We do more together! much is enough?
You want to have success but you don't know what to do.... here is a very simple rule... 250 minutes of cardio every week! Yes write it down. 10 minutes at a time counts.
